The location is amazing, the room is updated & airy.

The location was particularly good, right beside a restaurant that has great food, with an amazing view. And it was also very close to the center of Cognac, centre close to Henessey and the river.

Side: Although the overall experience was great, the bathroom could have been larger for larger parties and for those who do not prefer "wet" rooms.

Fantastic location in the centre of Cognac. Secluded gardens on river very pretty for city break. If you fancy something a bit different (ideal as a romantic break) then this will be perfect. Well appointed accomodation with some nice touches to make it feel homely.

Beautiful quiet location by the river but within easy walking distance of the town. The 'roulettes' or little caravans are charming, the décor is lovely and they are well equipped. The owners are helpful and charming. Sun loungers and table and chairs outside the caravan and, a few metres away by the river, mean you can relax outside too.

Whilst we were there a pipe had to be excavated by digger, right next to our caravan so it was a little noisy but, as we were only there overnight it didn't bother us too much and the owner was very apologetic.

The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a lovely area, right by the centre and river. All the employees were good and informative. The location was great and pleasant, just a short walk away from a public park.

The whole experience at this venue was enjoyable as I appreciated the peaceful setting in beautiful grounds and the patient and attentive staff who were always there to help.

The room we had included central heating, a coffee/tea maker, and multi-channel television. The location was marvelous, just off all main points and the river.

The rooms are cozy and have wooden decor, giving them a charming and rustic feel. I loved my room with a fantastic balcony overlooking the garden, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink. The staff provided excellent service, with attention to detail that made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was a highlight, with amazing croissants freshly baked and a selection of local products.

All was more than ok at this hotel.

This place was quaint in general with an extremely helpful staff team. It was in a central location, on the river bank.

Double room in an eighties teenager's bedroom was the best. The hotel had a great and stunning location right next to Eglise Saint-Jacques.

The staff were absolutely very pleasant and super friendly. The room was luxurious and big size and had a terrace and climate control as pictured in advertising.- It was in a great location with a public park nearby.

The rooms with a fantastic balcony overlooking the garden are a treat, allowing guests to enjoy the stunning views. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing great service. The breakfast, with amazing croissants freshly baked, is delicious and a perfect start to the day.

No major issues, just a small room for improvement.

Everything was excellent, so were NICE views of gardens and river. The setting was wonderful, near the Charentes river, an old factory and the centre. It also was very close to the center.
